Robin Gail Farber

Robin Gail Farber, age 70, of Delray Beach, died on Tuesday , December 28, 2021 at Trustbridge Care Center at Boca Raton following complications from multiple organ failure. Born in the Bronx, NY in 1951, she was the daughter of the late Reuben and Zelma (Kor) Farber and sister of the late Stephanie Farber Borer. She was raised and educated in Mt. Vernon, NY and graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1969. Robin later went on to receive her Bachelor's Degree and her Master's Degree in Education. She was a dedicated special education teacher who was a passionate, committed advocate for her students ensuring that their learning needs were met. Robin taught in the NYC school system and later in Palm Beach County. Robin loved traveling, going to the movies, and spending time with her beautiful cat, Rockaway (Rocky). Robin is survived by her beloved nephew, Michael Borer, his wife, Katrina, and their sons, Silas and Julian, her brother-in-law, Alan Borer, and her loving Kor Family aunts, uncles and cousins, Richard Kor, Marilyn Kor, Bunny Aberle, Ron and Robert Edson, Lisa, Douglas and Raina Kor, and their spouses and children. She will be missed by all her family members, many friends, and colleagues. Service Information: A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, April 10th @ 11:00am at Sinai Memorial Chapels in Delray Beach. In lieu of flowers, donations in Robin’s memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and any Animal Rescue organization.
